Dear Customer,

Over nearly 20 years of successful operations, and thanks to your support, we have been able to develop the IQ Card from a regional fuel card into an internationally recognized solution.

The unexpectedly necessary opening of insolvency proceedings over the assets of the parent company Julius Stiglechner GmbH on December 6, 2025, also led to significant negative effects on IQ Card Vertriebs GmbH, in particular the loss of domestic and international third-party acceptances, temporary suspensions within the Stiglechner network, as well as the blocking of accounts and credit lines.

In recent weeks, every conceivable effort has been made to enable the continued operation of IQ Card Vertriebs GmbH, including within the framework of a necessary court-supervised restructuring procedure. It is therefore with great regret that we must inform you today that our efforts have unfortunately been unsuccessful and that the IQ Card will no longer be accepted within the Stiglechner network.

As a result, the IQ Card will be deactivated at all Julius Stiglechner GmbH locations during the course of today and can no longer be used there. The settlement of all outstanding transactions will take place from Monday, February 16, 2026.

We deeply regret this development and would like to sincerely thank you for your long-standing trust, loyalty, and cooperation. Without your support, the continuous growth of the IQ Card would not have been possible.

 The IQ Card will continue to be accepted at the following service stations:

• BP Eberstalzell (A1 motorway junction), 4653 Eberstalzell, Solarstraße 2
• IQ Liefering (A1 Salzburg-Mitte/Freilassing junction), 5020 Salzburg, Franz-Sauer-Straße 46
• IQ Steyr, 4400 Steyr, Haager Straße 44b
• IQ Trofaiach, 8793 Trofaiach, Pulverstraße 2
• Eni Sillian, 9918 Sillian, Tassenbach 12

By the end of calendar week 8, insolvency proceedings will also be initiated for IQ Card Vertriebs GmbH. Subsequently, further steps, in particular regarding possible continuation, will be co-ordinated with the appointed insolvency administrator.
